Overview This website is operated by Casa Rabbit Estudio, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Casa Rabbit Estudio. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

Products and handmade nature Many of our pieces are handmade or made in small batches. Small variations in color, print placement, stitching, texture and size are part of their character and are not defects. We do our best to display colors accurately, but the colors you see depend on your screen. Measurements are approximate. Unless the product says "with insert", pillow covers are sold without an insert. Pricing and availability Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order. For example, we may do so if a product was listed at an incorrect price because of a typo or system error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we will issue a full refund. Orders and payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Custom orders For custom and personalized items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details, photos and text you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use any photo or image you provide. Custom items are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return, except if they arrive damaged or defective. Shipping, returns and refunds Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
